What happens when you feed a raw page to the new intelligence, and something usable comes back?
A door in (a seed): A new cook has her grandmother’s dal recipe as a PDF, every quantity exact. It still tastes wrong: nobody showed her that you know the tadka is ready by its sound.
This book is written that way, in public. Its author keeps feeding it raw signals: ideas, memes, new thinking, as they arrive. Each one is taken in and given a place: a note inside a chapter, an exploration in the margins, or a branch, another way a chapter might go. The numbered chapters, the book’s canon, change only on the author’s word. So the book is its own first example: its index shows what changed, and when.
The studio’s first sentence: AGI is here. This chapter is where you feel it rather than being told, and asks what that can honestly mean. A raw page turning into something usable is capability; it is not yet judgement, agency or accountability. And if capability has become this cheap, what was the expensive part all along? Perhaps the rules the work obeys, which is where the next chapter goes.
Lines it may earn (seeds): Having the file is not being ready to use it. And sure is not proven, which is why every page of this book says how ripe it is.
Sections planned so far
- A raw page goes in
- Canon, margins and branches: how this book keeps itself
- Capability is not judgement
- What was the expensive part?
The image it turns on: a raw page, and what comes back.
This chapter might instead open on a single journal page, fed raw, and follow it all the way through.
A seed, sketched with AI from the author’s notes and the studio’s reading: the question and the direction, not yet the argument.
Leads to Sāmatvārtha 15-min Explainer. The book comes back to the raw page in SuperPositivity.
