When you use the enquiry form
Your name and introduction stay in the page until you choose to open your email app or copy the text. The website does not submit those fields to a database or store them in your browser.
If you send the email, your email provider handles delivery and our mailbox receives your address and message. We use that correspondence to respond to your enquiry. An enquiry is not consent to join a mailing list. A waitlist email is kept only to tell you when Bloom your own opens; write to us and we delete it.
Site and media
This build uses no analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies. Its hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as IP address and browser details, to serve and secure the website.
The theme audio and brand artwork are hosted with the site. Following a channel or explainer link takes you to YouTube, where its own privacy practices apply.
The garden
The garden, your lotus in the pond, keeps what you plant there in this browser only, under keys that begin with lotus., plus one flag for the open tab. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else. Its “Forget my garden in this browser” button clears all of it.
