We are shaping a fellowship around work across ReGrowth's five labs. It could begin with an unanswered research question, a useful tool, a film or a community experiment.
The first missions are being shaped. Dates, selection, workload and compensation will be specified for each opportunity before participation.

Prototype an applied-AI workflow, design an interface or test a useful idea with the people it is meant for.
Stories & gatherings
Write, film, edit, translate or host. Help an idea become a story or a reason to work together.
From interest to a scoped mission
A clear beginning.
A useful contribution.
The invitation is to help shape the first missions. A shared interest becomes a commitment only after the work and terms are clear.
Start with an introduction.
Tell us what you can do, what you want to learn and how much time you could make available. A link to previous work helps; a thoughtful question does too.
Find a specific piece of work.
Agree the problem, intended user, output, timeframe and who will review it. A broad theme alone is not a mission.
Agree the terms before starting.
Clarify payment or volunteer status, expenses, credit, ownership and publication permission. Each opportunity should make these explicit.
